BOMI - Operations Module

In this online 5 lesson, introductory program, the BOMI Operations Module provides learners with a baseline foundation of key industry terms, definitions and understanding of ride devices along with the personnel that operates them. 

The Operations Module teaches how to ASTM guidance provides direction on how to create and design a Ride operator training program, how to implement training in a facility setting a standard that adheres to manufacturer direction and facility guidance. Understand the responsibilities for a professional ride operator and discuss the supervisor responsibilities.  Recognize how the tasks performed by a ride operator contribute to the steps necessary to complete one cycle of normal operation of an amusement ride device.  Identify unusual events that can take place when a ride is in operation and learn how ride operators and supervisors can respond depending on your facility policies.  Gain customer service tips and facility philosophy that can later be implemented in the hands-on portion of the BOMI program.
