Course Description

In this AIMS 2020 Safety Seminar series video course learners identify similarities between rides that will require inspection as they listen to a lecture on methods of how to inspect them.  Discover the acceptance criteria that should be followed when in the inspection process and what resources are available when completing the inspection.  Recognize the role of manufacturer and the requirements that should be inspected for rides as outlined by them.  Discuss tolerance levels for different ride parts you may come across during the inspection process and how to recognize their tolerance levels using your resources.  See examples of different tolerance levels for ride parts and listen to examples where the instructor reviews using their experience in the past on how to determine making the call to keep a part in a preventative maintenance schedule or removing all together from service as he shares his stories from inspecting.
