They will discover the project manager’s roles and responsibilities and will find this information useful in their own roles as members of a maintenance or operation management team. The project can vary in size from a single installation or event to a more involved combination of installations.  Learners will understand how to identify the critical path of a project schedule and discover the importance of knowing and managing the project’s critical path.   Basic principles will be discussed as well as the process by which you can manage unpredictable tasks.
